How do I register for an account?

  1. Go to https://xrtmanager.elitevrtraining.com
  2. Navigate to and click on the Hamburger Icon   in the top left corner.
  3. Navigate to and click on Sign Up
  4. Enter your information to Create your Account
  5. Click Submit
  6. Go to your email that you used to sign up & obtain the Verification Code from the Verification email sent to you
  7. Enter Verification Code into the site as prompted
  8. Click Submit
  9. Log in to the XRTManager with your credentials!

How do I purchase a VR Training simulation?

  1. You will need to register for an account before you make a purchase.  To learn how to register for an account: See How-To Register for an Account; 
  2. Go to https://xrtmanager.elitevrtraining.com
  3. Scroll down to the Immersive VR Catalog
  4. Select a Title, hover over the image and click on “View Details”
  5. Select the number of Seats You Would like.  Each person needs their own seat
  6. Click “Add to Cart”
  7. Select Either “Continue Shopping” or “Check out Now”
      a. If you Continue Shopping, repeat steps 3-6
  8. In the Shopping Cart, click on Proceed to Payment (make sure you are logged in)
  9. Fill out Your Billing Details 
  10. Click Place Order
  11. See Order Confirmation Email

How do I assign seats? 

  1. Go to and login at: https://xrtmanager.elitevrtraining.com
  2. Navigate to and click on the Hamburger Icon  in the top left corner.
  3. Navigate to and click on Dashboard
  4. Click on Seat Manager Tab
  5. Select your desired training simulation and click on the “Assign”  button
  6. Enter First and Last Name and email address of the person who needs to take the training.  
  7. Click on Save Changes 
  8. The pin is emailed directly to the email address you provided.  The user will need this in order to access the training inside the headset. 
  9. Alternatively if you have several people to assign seats to, utilize the “Bulk Assign” Option next to the training simulation in the seat manager.  Bulk Assign allows you to upload an excel file with prefilled information. 

How do I access the VR Training simulation? 

  1. Go to and login at: https://xrtmanager.elitevrtraining.com
  2. Navigate to and click on the Hamburger Icon in the top left corner.
  3. Navigate to and click on Dashboard
  4. Click on Seat Manager Tab
  5. Select your desired training simulation and click on the “Download Content” button underneath the title
  6. Choose content according to your VR Setup, either Tethered or UnTethered, and follow the onscreen prompts to download the training simulation content.
  7. Make sure all equipment and software are up-to-date, this includes VR headsets, computers and VR related software

FOR TETHERED Headsets: 

    1. Download Training Module Content– Click on “Download Content/Download Here” button
    2. Unzip and Launch the .exe file from your computer
    3. Put on the headset, enter your unique 6 digit pin (that was emailed to you)
    4. Begin your training!

FOR UN-TETHERED Headsets: (Oculus, Pico)

Oculus Quest & Quest 2:  
(*Note: Alternatively, you may also use the Windows build, with the Quest plugged into your computer)

    1. Download & Install SideQuest onto your Computer

    2. From Oculus Dashboard: Enable Developer Mode
      (To allow the installing of training modules to your headset we need to enable developer mode.  To do this, you have to be a registered “developer” on the Oculus website.)
      a. On your PC, Go to dashboard.oculus.com
      b. Click on “Create a new Organization” & accept the developer agreement/terms and conditions.

    3. Download & Install ADB Drivers from Oculus (for Windows only! MAC/Linux skip to Step 4)
      a. From your PC, go to: developer.oculus.com or click here: Download ADB Drivers

      b. Extract zip folder where you want it located, right click on Android_WinUSB.inf and click install

    4. Enable Developer Mode and Reboot
      a. Download/Open Oculus App on mobile device, ensure your headset is turned on
      b. Settings Tab>>Tap on the connected headset to expand options>>More Settings>>Developer Mode>>Toggle Developer mode On

      c. Reboot your headset to confirm

    5. Connect Quest to Computer with USB Cable and Allow USB Debugging
      a. Use a USB-C 3.0 to USB-A cable (unless your computer has a type c connection)

      b. In your headset, Click “OK” to Allow USB Debugging (also check “always allow from this computer”)
    6. Download Training Module Content
      a. Login to Elite VR’s XRTM and go to your Dashboard

b. Navigate to Seat Manager, Select Training Title, then click on the Download Content button

7. Install Training and launch on headset
a. On Computer: Ensure SideQuest Connection- Locate Green Dot in top left corner of SideQuest Software-(means connected and ready to install)
b. Click the ‘Install APK’ file from folder button at the top of SideQuest

c. Select ELITE VR Training Module Title from the pop up dialog box and click open
d. In the Headset: Go to Oculus home screen, select Library on the bottom bar. (if you don’t see the bottom bar, press the Home button on your right controller.
e. Select Unknown Sources from the right-most drop-down menu.
f. Select the Elite VR Training Module you’d like to utilize

g. Enter unique 6 digit pin (that was emailed to you)
h. Begin your training!

Pico Neo 2:  
(**First Time Steps only)

1.**Enable Developer Mode for Pico Headsets
a) In the headset, Go to Settings
b) Click on Advanced Settings

c) Scroll down and Click System


d) Scroll down and click About Device


e) Click PUI Version 10 times to enable Developer Mode


f) Go back and click Developer Options, scroll down and enable USB debugging

2.**Install VRsideloader for Windows or Mac
a) On your computer, Download the Headjack VR sideloader for Mac or PC


b) Install on your computer and Open


c) Wait for the Android Platform Tools to finish installing

3. Install the APK file on your Pico
a) Connect your Pico to your computer with an USB cable


b) Obtain .apk file (training content) for install (ON XRTM)
a. Login to Elite VR’s XRTM and go to your Dashboard

b. Navigate to Seat Manager, Select Training Title, then click on the Download button


c) Drag & Drop the .apk file onto the VRsideloader and wait for the installation to finish, you can now open the training module on your device from the Library!

  4. For more detailed reporting: Click on Database Tab
  5. Query/Enter your desired information, click on “Download Results”
