What data do we collect?
Elite VR collects the following data:
Personal identification information (Name, email address, phone number, etc.)
Company data (name, address)
Payment data, through Paypal Braintree. Elite VR doesn’t hold any data subject to PCI compliance directly in our systems
Names and email addresses of the users who will make use of the training courses in order to exchange PIN codes to access the VR training experiences
Anonymous usage data on the web site in order to improve the user experience and know usage patterns based on geograpy, browser, user flow through the application
E-Learning related usage on the VR experiences based on individual usage patters of the experiences. The goal is to collect metrics that allow the trainers to measure the performance of the trainees by data points collected through the training experiences

You directly provide Elite VR with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:
Voluntarily accepting the cookies disclaimer when landing the web page
Register online or place an order for any of our products or services.
Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.
Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies.

Elite VR collects your data so that we can:
Process your order and manage your account.
Email you with special offers on other products and services we think you might like.
Exchange the confirmation codes, PIN numbers, course completion certificates, invoices, etc.
Improve the quality of the product by knowing the usage patterns of the platform
When Elite VR processes your order, it may send your data to, and also use the resulting information from, credit reference agencies to prevent fraudulent purchases.
4. How do we store your data?
Elite VR securely stores your data at a secure location of the Amazon AWS cloud systems in North Virginia. Data is stored into a system with state of the art security measures provided by both Amazon and Elite VR. The measures include:
Access controls based on firewalls, DDOS protection
Multi tier networks with data segregation
Data leakage prevention mechanisms
Backup and disaster recovery mechanisms
Elite VR will keep your transaction, as well as student data for as lon as you remain a client of Elite VR. If a client requests for their data to be removed upon cancelation of services, Elite VR will comply in accordance with all applicable laws.

If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date.
You have the right at any time to stop Elite VR from contacting you for marketing purposes or giving your data to other members of the Elite VR Group.
